The Humanities Education Centre is based in Tower Hamlets and works closely with a number of teams in the Children's, Schools and Families Directorate. After a meeting with the Chief Adviser and External Funding Manager, HEC was invited to contribute to the newsletter for schools in Waltham Forest. The piece Local4Global: global learning in the curriculum appeared in the summer term.
HEC is discussing presentations to the Primary and Secondary School Improvement Teams for the Autumn term.
Waltham Forest is a member of the North London Schools International Network.
